It all started in early 2000 with involvement and collaboration with Architect team while working together on new building project.
At one of the meeting we talk about design-build project delivery method The discussion was going so well that we expressed the want to incorporate Design- Build knowledge, and that was what we proposed to our Architect team to join the forces with Architect and Structural Engineer and to become capable to streamline and shorten the building process for greater benefit to client and the company.
That is exactly what we do to this day.
Since than we have completed numerous turnkey design-build contracts.
